Our compliance protocol focuses on preventing, detecting, and responding to risks by implementing clear policies and procedures, along with trustworthy whistleblowing channels, whereby fostering a culture of accountability and setting action plans to mitigate and prevent any potential risks or misconducts that the Group might be exposed to; This proactive approach promotes a sustainable, trustworthy operation.

" As a Group Compliance Manager at ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC, I've had the privilege to lead a compliance transformative approach, by stipulating an adequate roadmap with clear milestones and reasonable timeline based on Elsewedy Electric Group business goals and Strategies; As a Group Compliance we are working on two main pillars to build adequate proactive measures to protect the Legacy of ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC Group against any compliance risks, may occur, either during our dealings with external counterparts or internally during our daily operations by unintentional misconducts; Group Compliance conduct collective efforts with our counterpart, furnish adequate compliance framework, foster ethical practices, and conduct awareness sessions for ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC Group Employees to enrich their knowledge with the latest updates on applicable local and international laws/regulations and associated measures.

Beyond the technical experience, I've gained valuable diversified experience through a journey of +15 Years, including Sanctions Program Management, Anti-corruption Compliance Framework, Investigation, Project Management, Risk Management and Coordination, Cost Control, Planning, Contracts, Client communication, Conflict Resolution, and insights on Business Development.
