" 1. The Essence of My Role
As Legal Counsel within ELSEWEDY’s Legal Department, I play a pivotal role in supporting projects and investments by assessing and mitigating risks associated with various structure of projects. My primary focus is ensuring that the ELSEWEDY Group capitalizes on attractive/valuable opportunities while safeguarding its interests.

2. Opportunities for Growth and Learning
Joining ELSEWEDY as a Corporate Lawyer introduced me to a new industry, and I am immensely grateful for the trust and mentorship of my Boss. Early in my career, I had the privilege of being part of a delegation negotiating a $3 billion contract in Tanzania—a transformative experience that equipped me with invaluable skills and exposure. What was planned for one week negotiation turned into one month. During that time, I gained invaluable knowledge, exposure and skills that have shaped me professionally. Since then, I was entrusted with more complicated tasks, I’ve progressed from Corporate Lawyer to Senior Lawyer, and now to Legal Counsel, reflecting the department’s commitment to fostering growth and recognizing potential. Actually, my Boss belief in my potential and capabilities got me where I am today.
