About This Academy
The HR Academy is designed based on the AIHR competency model framework called “T-shaped HR Professional”. The academy tackles the HR core competencies (Digital Agility, Data Literacy, Business Acumen, People Advocacy & Execution Excellence) in addition to specialized & Leadership competencies.
